McGrady Financial Services were delighted to attend the recent Year 10 and Year 12 Careers Convention in St Malachy’s High School Castlewellan.
Philip McCrickard (Managing Director) commented that “it was a fantastic opportunity to share our experiences and advice with the students of St Malachy’s High School. This is a key part of our social responsibility and engagement strategy within McGrady Financial Services, and we were delighted to be able to pass on some advice to the younger generation who will be the future of the Financial Services Industry.”
Antoinette Murphy (Financial Adviser) and Cathy Black (Paraplanner) were also on hand to provide advice to students on a career within the Financial Services industry. Philip, Antoinette and Cathy all commented on how pleasantly surprised they were by the level of engagement from students, and their interest in gaining more information about the industry.
As part of the convention, we were able to give the students a live demonstration on some of the tasks that we carry out as Financial Advisers. Our demonstration enabled the students to see how we have made a significant investment in the latest technology to ensure our clients have the most accurate and up-to-date information available at all times.
